ISO Quality Objective #2: Product Quality
Our second Quality Objective is to deliver quality product to our Customers. Our goal is to have the On-Spec product delivered rate higher than the prior year.
Why is this important to you?
· No surprises, our Sales and Support Team makes sure they clearly understand all your requirements before Purchase Orders are placed.
· We evaluate our Suppliers on quality; any returned product has a direct effect on their rating. This accountability ensures that we have their attention on all product issues.
· It's simple, the only product you have in inventory is product you can use.
